At Northland Elder Law, we believe that strong communities are built by people who show up for one another, and we're proud to do just that this June.
We're excited to share that Northland Elder Law is sponsoring a team in the 10th Annual Cal Struble Memorial Golf Tournament, hosted by Help for Huntington's Kansas City (H4HKC).
The tournament takes place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, with registration closing on June 12.
Our team is a special one. Representing Northland Elder Law on the course will be our former Office Manager Chris Silkett, playing alongside Riley Rocha, Cassie Rocha's husband, and Gary Burgess, Cassie's father. We're so grateful to have them out there in support of such a meaningful cause.
About the Tournament
The Cal Struble Memorial Golf Tournament honors the memory of Cal Struble, a man whose gentle spirit and brave heart made him an inspiration to everyone touched by Huntington's Disease. Cal lived with HD for 12 years before passing away on November 21, 2016, at the age of 59.
H4HKC is a Kansas City-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting families living with Huntington's Disease, an inherited, progressively degenerative brain disorder for which there is currently no cure. All proceeds from the tournament go directly to helping local families with HD meet the physical demands of daily living and maintain their wellbeing at home.
Last year's tournament brought together 114 golfers and raised $50,000 for local families, a testament to the generosity of this community and the importance of this event.
